Building and Equipment Maintenance Worker – Job in Norway (2023

Job Description:

· We are currently offering a position for a building and equipment maintenance worker seeking employment in Naerbo, Norway;

· Maintenance of the manufacturing company’s buildings, grounds, and internal infrastructure;

· Basic maintenance of factory equipment and production lines (monitoring, lubrication, minor technical tasks);

· Minor repair, painting, and handyman tasks;

· Maintenance of the grounds, courtyard, and landscaping;

· Washing facades and roofs with high-pressure equipment;

· Relocation of furniture, equipment, and facility infrastructure as needed;

· Assisting technical staff (mechanics, electricians);

· Operating forklifts and lifts (as needed);

· Other maintenance and upkeep tasks.

Requirements:

· Ability to start work by mutual agreement;

· At least 1 year of relevant work experience;

· Good command of English;

· Category B driver’s license;

· Forklift certification required; certification for aerial work platforms or scissor lifts is a plus;

· Own car—a plus;

We offer:

· Long-term employment as a building and equipment maintenance worker in Norway;

· Salary starting at 260 NOK/hour (gross);

· Working hours: 40 hours/week, with the possibility of overtime;

· Salary paid monthly;
